EXECUTIVE BODY MEETING We are please to inform you that the Executive Committee Meeting of the Pakistan Society of Sugar Technologists will be Inshallah held on Saturday the 8th May 2010 at 1100 hrs at Hotel Avari Tower, Lahore.

 

AGENDA FOR EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETING

1. Minutes of the previous meeting to be confirmed.
2. Review of the crushing season 2009-2010.
3. Anticipated next year cane crop.
4. Proposed date, venues, and topics of agriculture and technical workshop.
5. Proposed date, and venues of next convention.
6. Nomination of organizing committee for the next convention.
7. Contribution of research paper.
a ) Formation of committee of prior judgment.
b ) Assessment of paper for award.
c ) Gold medals available and policy to award gold medals.
8. Subscription of sugar mills / members.
9. Progress regarding sugar technology research Institute.
10. Any other point with the permission of chair.

PS: Mills and PSST members Annual subscription of year 2010 of those who not yet
responded are requested to clear dues.
